Returns Policy

• Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@velourbliss.com before sending anything back.
• We will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and return address.
• Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Custom-made, personalized, sale, discounted, or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable once production has started or packaging has been opened.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
