Every photo you see on our website was taken by me, CC, and Ivy. We do our best to capture the true colors and details of each piece. There are no heavily edited photos and no AI-generated images—just honest pictures of our handmade creations.
Every item is handcrafted by us, and we personally pack and ship every order.

Product & Sizing
All VelourBliss pieces are handmade and designed with adjustable chains for a flexible fit. If you need a specific length, simply leave a note at checkout.
Because each piece is handmade, a small 1-3 cm / 0.4-1.2 inch variation may occur.
Shipping, Dispatch & Returns
Shipping options
We ship to most major countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Germany, France, Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Japan, and many other destinations. If a remote area, island, or country is not available at checkout, email support@velourbliss.com to request shipping access.
International delivery
All items are made after the order is placed and usually ship within 1-2 business days. Standard international delivery usually takes 8-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination and local carrier handling.
Track your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. During the first 1-3 days after dispatch, detailed tracking may not appear because the package is traveling from China to the destination country. Tracking usually becomes more detailed after the package reaches your country and is handed to the local carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Unshipped orders or unopened eligible items may be cancelled or returned. Please contact us before sending any return so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Order Tracking
Detailed tracking may take 1-3 days to appear after dispatch. During this early stage, the package is usually traveling from China to the destination country, so the local carrier may not show detailed tracking yet.
Once the package arrives in your country and is handed to the local carrier, tracking information usually becomes more detailed. You can check your order page or email support@velourbliss.com with your order number if you need help.
Materials & Care
Our pieces are handcrafted using carefully selected materials such as stainless steel, titanium steel, velvet, lambskin leather, and selected decorative components depending on the design.
Our materials are designed to be skin-friendly, and we have not received allergy-related feedback so far. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing the piece for a short time first.
Velvet parts can be gently cleaned, but should not be soaked for too long.
Custom Orders
We may be able to offer custom sizing, selected material requests, gemstone preferences, initials, hidden meanings, or design adjustments depending on the piece. Please include your request in the checkout notes.
Custom pieces take extra time to prepare and are non-refundable once production begins.
