1. Order Processing Time
All processing times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):

In-stock items: Ship on the next business day after payment.

Made-to-order items: Ship within 2–4 business days after payment.

Custom designs: Ship within 5–7 business days after payment.
During peak seasons (new product releases or holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days (under normal conditions).

Some countries may require a longer delivery time, for example, Brazil takes 15–25 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or local postal service delays.
3. Shipping Cost

Free worldwide shipping for all orders over USD $35.

For orders under USD $35, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Method

Most packages are shipped via international shipping from our China warehouse.

Some U.S. orders may ship from our California warehouse, depending on inventory availability.

Certain countries (e.g., Mexico) require the recipient’s tax ID number for customs clearance. Please contact us if you are unsure.
