Important Note: Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.


Order Cancellations & Returns

You may request a return or cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Orders that have not yet shipped or items that remain unopened may be cancelled or returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our designated U.S. warehouse.

  • Please contact our customer support before returning any item. You may be asked to provide photos to confirm eligibility.

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been worn or used

  • Are missing original tags, accessories, or packaging

  • Show visible signs of wear

  • Were purchased on sale or with a discount

  • Are custom-made or personalized


Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.

Shipping & Refunds:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after we receive your returned product. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot process a refund if the returned item is not received.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take time.
