VelourBliss Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting velourbliss.com and/or purchasing products from VelourBliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies, notices, and disclaimers referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our site, products, or services.

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

You must be of legal age in your country or have parental/guardian consent to use our site or purchase products.
You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

3. Safety & Product Use

VelourBliss products include velvet chokers, chain chokers, leather accessories, and similar items.

Most materials are stainless steel; some contain copper. Unless explicitly labeled as hypoallergenic, allergic reactions may occur.
Products are intended for fashion purposes only. Avoid excessive pulling or tightening, especially with chains, to prevent injury.
Your safety and use of products are your responsibility. VelourBliss is not liable for injury, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from use or misuse.

4. Product Variations & Care

All products are handmade; slight variations in size (±1–3 cm) and color may occur.
Velvet items can be gently washed; avoid prolonged exposure to water or chemicals.
Follow any care instructions provided. Improper care may affect product quality and is the user’s responsibility.

5. Orders, Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations & Returns:

Orders that have not shipped or unopened items may be cancelled or returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our designated U.S. warehouse.
Contact customer support before returning any item; photos may be required to confirm eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

Worn or used items
Items missing original tags, accessories, or packaging
Items showing visible signs of wear
Sale or discounted items
Custom-made or personalized items

Exchanges & Defective Items:

Items damaged or defective upon arrival may be replaced or refunded. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Important: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

6. Custom Orders

Process: Pay $30 deposit → Submit design ideas → Receive 2–3 design mockups → Up to 3 rounds of adjustments → Confirm final design → Pay remaining balance → Production 5–7 business days.
Deposit & Payment: Deposit is non-refundable but can be used as store credit.
Post-Completion Modifications: $20 per revision.
Non-Returnable: Custom orders are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.
Discounts & Gifts: Custom orders are excluded from discounts. Orders over $150 receive free gift and shipping.
Pricing Reference: Adjustments to existing styles start at $150 USD; fully original designs start at $190 USD.

7. Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice.
VelourBliss reserves the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The “VelourBliss” name, logos, designs, images, text, and other content are protected and owned by VelourBliss. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. International Sales

Products ship worldwide, except to restricted regions.
EU shipments may be restricted due to regulatory compliance (GPSR).
Customers are responsible for local taxes, customs duties, and import regulations.

10. User Conduct

You may not harass, abuse, threaten, or infringe upon others’ rights.
You may not upload malicious code, spam, or false information.
Violations may result in termination of access or services.

11. Third-Party Links & Tools

The site may contain third-party links or tools. VelourBliss is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or any damages arising from their use.

12. Accuracy & Liability

Product descriptions, images, or pricing may contain errors; VelourBliss reserves the right to correct them.
Use of the site and products is at your own risk.
VelourBliss is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or injuries.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, applicable to the state of your purchase.

14. Changes to Terms

VelourBliss may update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
