Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (if applicable) are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible. Exchanges can be arranged depending on availability.

Shipping

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. We ship globally from our warehouses in China and the USA. Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days, depending on location.
