Shipping Policy

• Enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $35.
• In-stock items ship same day or within 2–4 business days, as each piece is handmade with care.
• Custom pieces may require 5–7 additional business days to make before shipping.
• Tracking info will be sent by email once your order ships.
• Orders ship from our warehouses in China or the USA, based on your location.
• After dispatch, most orders are typically delivered within 15 business days under normal conditions. However, due to international circumstances, delivery times to certain remote or special regions may take longer.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or local postal service delays.
• Please make sure you are comfortable with the delivery timeframe before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

• Quality guaranteed — defective items can be replaced anytime within 6 months.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@velourbliss.com or via live chat.
• Please send photos of the item to our customer service for condition verification. Once approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
• All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse — returns from other countries cannot be accepted, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
• Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Shipped orders cannot be canceled or recalled — please confirm your size before purchase.
• Exchanges may be arranged depending on availability.

万が一不具合が発生した場合は、6ヶ月以内であれば無償で修理または交換いたします。

2. ケア

・安全に保管してください

ジュエリーポーチまたはジュエリーボックスに保管してください。他のジュエリーとの摩擦を避けてください。

• 丁寧にスタイリング

スタイリング用です。強く引っ張ったり、過度の力を加えたりしないでください。

• 優しい洗浄

チェーン：水でよくすすぎ、完全に乾かしてください。

ベルベット：毛玉取りローラーを使用するか、優しく手洗いし、自然乾燥させてください。

・仕上げを保護する

香水、ボディソープ、刺激の強い化学物質との接触は避けてください。

• 特別なケア

ミニレザーバッグ：乾燥した場所に保管し、圧力をかけないでください。
