Orders ship from our warehouses in China or the USA, based on your location.
Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after shipping; delays may occur during holidays or new launches.

Returns Policy

Quality guaranteed — defective items can be replaced anytime within 6 months.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at velourbliss@gmail.com or via live chat.
Please send photos of the item to our customer service for condition verification. Once approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse — returns from other countries cannot be accepted, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (if applicable) are non-refundable.
