• Quality guaranteed — defective items can be replaced anytime.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact us at velourbliss@gmail.com or via live chat.
• Please send photos of the item to our customer service for condition verification. Once approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
• All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse — returns from other countries cannot be accepted.
• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
• Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Shipped orders cannot be canceled or recalled — please confirm your size before purchase.
• Exchanges may be arranged depending on availability.
