- In-stock items ship same day or within 2–4 business days, as each piece is handmade with care.
- Custom pieces may require 5–7 additional business days to make before shipping.
- Tracking info will be sent by email once your order ships.
- Orders ship from our warehouses in China or the USA, based on your location.
- Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after shipping; delays may occur during holidays or new launches.
Returns Policy
- Quality guaranteed — defective items can be replaced anytime within 6 months.
- To start a return or exchange, please contact us at velourbliss@gmail.com or via live chat.
- Please send photos of the item to our customer service for condition verification. Once approved, we will initiate the return or exchange process.
- All returns must be sent to our U.S. warehouse — returns from other countries cannot be accepted, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible.
- Sale items, custom orders, and accessories (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled or recalled — please confirm your size before purchase.
- Exchanges may be arranged depending on availability.
